Privacy

What we collect. When you connect LinkedIn we read your first-degree connections: name, headline, title, company, profile URL, and (where LinkedIn exposes it) email. We also record the job postings published by the companies those people work for.

What we never do. We do not post, comment, message, or send connection requests on your behalf. We do not sell your connection list. We do not share your network with other subscribers — job posting data is shared infrastructure, your relationships are not.

Contact enrichment. For the small number of contacts that appear in an alert we may look up a business email address through third-party providers and verify its deliverability. We cache the result so we do not repeat the lookup.

Connected CRMs and ATSs. If you enable an integration, we push the contents of your alerts — the company, the opening, the contact and the research attached to it — into the system you connected (for example Pipedrive or HubSpot), using credentials you provide and store with us encrypted. That data then sits under your own provider’s privacy terms. We never push your wider connection list, only the contacts that appear in alerts, and turning the integration off stops the push immediately.

Retention and deletion. Disconnect LinkedIn at any time from your dashboard and we stop syncing. Email [email protected] to have your data deleted; we action deletions within 30 days.

Email. Every digest carries a one-click pause link. We only email the address you give us.
